Our approach
Runforce is built around data minimization, scoped access and user control. We collect and use information only where it is needed to operate, secure and improve the services you choose to use.
Information we collect
When you contact us, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, business email, company and the content of your message. This marketing website does not currently use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
For authorized early-access users, Runforce may process messages, account identifiers, preferences, saved memories and information returned by integrations that the user explicitly connects. The exact data depends on the capabilities enabled for that user.
How information is used
- Provide and operate requested Runforce capabilities.
- Authenticate users, route requests to the correct isolated workspace and prevent abuse.
- Maintain user-requested context and preferences.
- Diagnose reliability issues and improve service quality.
- Respond to questions, support requests and legal obligations.
Connected services
Runforce only accesses a connected service after authorization. Access is limited by the permissions granted through that provider. Users can request that a supported connector be disconnected. Third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Service providers
We may use carefully selected infrastructure, communications, authentication, model and integration providers to deliver the service. They receive only the information required to perform their role and are subject to applicable contractual or technical controls.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the service, security, legal or user-requested memory purpose. Runforce uses measures such as encrypted transport, isolated user environments, access controls and scoped credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete information you have provided, subject to applicable law and operational requirements. Early-access users can also ask what persistent information is remembered or request that supported memories be corrected or forgotten.
